About our platen
Amarjeet Series Heavy duty Hand fed Die Cutting Platens are designed for the Cutting, creasing and embossing on modern materials like Duplex Board, Corrugation Board, Card Boards, Fibre Boards, Cork Boards, Hard Boards, Grey boards. Leather, Plastic, Rubber & elastomers, Linoleum, PVC and Car Carpet materials etc.

Amarjeet Series Platens are rigid and sturdy in structure, which ensures smooth running and operation under heavy load. Our all main parts are made of Highly tensile Cast-iron and well structured frame to resist the strain on each corner. Main gears are made of Casted Mild Steel which promises to deliver high performance and stability on heavy loads. With Double Cam part on bigger Sizes our platens offer Very high Accuracy and high production with stability.

Our products are machined and finished with highly accurate and fast machineries to obtain ZERO accuracy.

Working
Main Gear shaft, Connecting arms are mounted on PB555( Phosphorus Bronze) and roller Ball Bearings respectively . and a double set of high speed C.I. helical gears with a double set of Fuse gears for heavy duty load and protection.

Material
Our products are manufactured using high quality inputs like, Highly tensile strength Cast iron Structure, Casted Mild Steel ( M.S.) Side Main gears, P.B. 555 ( Phosphorus Bronze Bushes are used for durability and performance, Axle or E.N.9 High carbon is used for Shafts and Hardened and ground Sliding/ Guiding plates are used for long life.

Impression
Our Platens comes with eccentric adjustment bushes with Micron Setting. Which means you can set the pressure in micron with the help of Calibrated scale on each bush, Which Extends Die Life. This Micron Setting of Eccentric bushes gives Precise controlling of Pressure for Half cut/ Kiss Cut. Operator can adjust this setting with ease. Our platen beds are Hand finished in order to achieve the perfect Pyramid profile for compensation of different pressures on the middle and sides of die cutting plate. An vital necessity of fine die cutting.

Safety
Our Platens Comes with Latest advance braking system. A uniquely Designed Beam sensor ensures maximum safety to the operator and helper with the help of its very well designed program logic controller. Which will sense the hand of the operator or helper when the platen is about to punch the bed and stops automatically. And it’s PLC comes with SMPS installed in it for Over or under voltage protection. We are First and Only Manufacture with this feature.

Very Well designed and sensitive Braking Bars (Trip and Knee bars), Laser Sensors and Micron Pressure Brake switches are used for the safety and faster braking of the moving platen and machine remain standstill unless all brakes are on their respective place. These safety features and devices assures the users are kept out of any fatal or normal harms way.

All moving parts are covered and protected with the Safety guards and covers, In Addition of this all sharp corners are rounded for more safety.

Feature
Our platen Comes with many Advance features such as, Multiple Dwell System, Single stroke system, Digital Counter, Illuminating indicator for main’s on and indicating LED bulbs for any problem in electrical.

Single Stroke system is highly usefull when setting up new new die on the platen to check the impression. Machine will take on stroke and will stop at open position and remains stationary until clutch on button is pressed.

Multiple Dwell system is used to dwell the moving platen at the opening position for the adjustable time period of 0-10 seconds. This feature is best for use when feeding requires a Fine registration or when large or difficult sheets are being fed.
